On October 29, Jin Guoquan, deputy secretary of the Linyi County CPC Committee and county magistrate, presided over the first scheduling meeting of the General Headquarters of Key Projects in Linyi County in 2021, comprehensively sorted out and inventoryed the key projects in 2021, intensified their efforts, analyzed and judged the key projects in 2022, improved the quality and shook the solidity, and ensured that the county's project construction was pressed forward, orderly connected, and continued to exert efforts. Liu Jinsheng, Fan Haiying, Ma Wukang, Wang Pengjun, Wang Haijun, and Zhai Zhaoxia, deputy governors of Linyi County; Qian Bo, deputy director of the Management Committee of the Modern Agricultural Industry Demonstration Zone; and Jing Yongtao, member of the party leading group of the county government and director of the government office, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the person in charge of the Linyi County Project Promotion Center briefed the county on the completion of key projects from January to October and the project planning in 2022. Subsequently, each commander reported on the completion of key projects in charge from January to October and the project planning in 2022; the heads of the county finance bureau, natural resources bureau and other element guarantee departments spoke in turn.
Jin Guoquan stressed: To grasp projects is to grasp development, and to grasp development is to grasp projects. At present, it has reached the critical stage of "finish sprint" and "one foot in the door". All levels and departments should focus on the key points to accelerate the advancement, take project planning, construction, and promotion as the top priority, conscientiously sort out the difficulties and problems in the process of promoting the provincial and municipal key projects and the county's key projects, strengthen services, keep an eye on it, coordinate and solve them in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth progress of each project; we must focus on the shortcomings and precise force, analyze and study in the fields of agriculture, water conservancy, transportation, energy, and new infrastructure, classify and implement policies, and make every effort to accelerate the planning and advancement of projects at full speed; we must focus on industrial scientific planning, highlight the construction chain, supplement the chain, and the strong chain. Prepare a number of large and good projects that are driving and leading. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job in the reserve planning of special bonds and higher-level support fund projects, ensure that the projects are planned to fall one by one, build one into one, and provide strong project support for the construction of "one park, three districts and four Linyi".
