According to the Australian Network compilation report, Australian Chinese diver Shi Xin Li ended the schedule of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games on the 2nd.

Yahoo News reported that after the men's three-meter board preliminaries for the Tokyo Olympics, China's Wang Zongyuan and Xie Siyi were far ahead.

Li Shixin was strong in the first round, ranking 12th. But in the next two rounds, he dropped to 27th, and only the top 22 players were able to reach the semifinals.

In the fourth round, Li Shixin performed steadily, but did not let his ranking advance by 6 places.

It is reported that Li Shixin was once a "star" of the Chinese diving team and won the world championship of two one-meter board diving (not Olympic events). He immigrated to Australia in 2017 to work as a diving coach before becoming an Australian citizen.

Li Shixin decided to try and qualify for the Olympic Games. The 33-year-old is also Australia's oldest diver to compete in the Olympic Games. (Original title: The oldest diver in the Australian team, Chinese Li Shixin ended the East Olympic Games schedule early)
