The construction of an interchange and a two-way access auxiliary road of the East Ring Road realize the full interconnection of qilishan street and the east ring road, and vehicles can freely change routes between qilishan street and east ring road.
For a long time, residents of the urban garden community on Qilishan Street and the residents of Zhangyuan New Town Community have been plagued by travel, especially in the morning and evening rush hours, there is only one lane in and out of the community to the city to pass, which is called a "blockage". The completion and opening of the Interchange Project between Qilishan Street and the East Ring Road not only has a second travel channel for more than 9,000 people in Zhangyuan New Town and City Garden, but also alleviates the traffic pressure of the Happy City section of Shengli Road, further improves the road network structure, and builds a fully interconnected three-dimensional transportation hub in the southeast direction of the main urban area.
