According to Liu Gan, president of Jiangsu Kechuang Vehicle Networking Industry Research Institute, the project is by far the largest city-level project application of the digital networked traffic guidance system based on the upgrading and transformation of panel display active luminous traffic signs, involving hundreds of sets of intelligent dynamic signs, variable lane signs and intelligent signal lights.
