Some teachers who have great insights into education and teaching work have given us specific operational guidance with vivid teaching classrooms and rich knowledge connotations, which has further updated my educational concepts, which is really beneficial.
Expert Xu Hui gave us a lecture on "Thinking and Practice of Teachers' Professional Growth". Her lectures made me understand that in the career of teachers, it is necessary to continuously improve their professional thinking, knowledge and theories, and through reflection and practice, constantly improve themselves on the road of teacher professionalism, develop themselves, and strive to achieve the goal of expert teachers. First of all, we must strengthen professional ethics. I have always been strict with myself, ordinary, I want not to be tired of work, no complaints, no regrets, down-to-earth as a red candle; Greatness is that the work I am engaged in itself is to teach and educate people, and I want to contribute my own strength to the cause of education. Only by raising awareness ideologically can the quality and efficiency of work be guaranteed. Secondly, to strengthen learning, practice, and promote professional growth, I gradually realized that classroom teaching is an unfathomable art, and it is not enough to work hard in each lesson. So I started with the lectures, carefully recorded the lectures, came back to discuss and communicate with the experienced teachers repeatedly, found out the advantages and disadvantages, and selectively used and absorbed them when preparing the lessons. I know that I am inexperienced and have a limited level, but I like to learn and not be afraid of others to listen to the lectures, and I actively participate in every open class organized by the school, carefully prepare, and let information technology serve the classroom teaching reasonably. After class, I listened carefully to the suggestions and opinions of the teachers and summarized them. Also, reflection allows me to continue to grow as the new curriculum reforms progress. Teachers increasingly need to update their concepts at any time to adapt to new things and new changes. Because "change is always happening, they are always taking away your cheese", to keep up with the pace of new curriculum reforms as soon as possible and accelerate the speed of their own growth, we should be good at reflection, good at criticism and self-criticism.
Ruiping expert's "Every Child is an Angel" asked the teacher to share his feelings and the summary of the class situation. Introduced us to what we think of as "special children". Secondly, focusing on the introduction of really special children, playing a video of a special child, real pictures and even letter diaries, etc., boldly exchanging some of their own experiences, the first is the change of concept: the "special child" in our eyes is actually not special, the second is the change of ability: continuously enhance the learning of educational expertise, and the third is the change of attitude: do the things in front of you to the extreme, and the beauty will naturally appear. I focused on listening to the experts and front-line teachers of the same class heterogeneous "Bridge", their lessons are wonderful and distinctive. Teacher Gao's conception of this whole class is very complete and clear. The classroom is impeccable, showing that the teacher has a good grasp of the teaching materials, the classroom and the students.
