At the same time, Zhangye City will compare the public security big data in the front, and the public security organs will analyze the trajectory of key objects, and in the case of time-space accompaniment, key areas (places) and resident personnel in medium- and high-risk areas, and close contacts and sub-close contacts involved in Zhangye confirmed cases in other places will first be assigned codes to control, and then key personnel will be screened out through procedural transcoding. As of October 31, a total of 13 batches of 106,268 pieces of information have been received for investigation, and after the verification is completed, all the key people identified will be assigned code control according to the requirements. Since the outbreak of the new round of the epidemic, Zhangye City has established a multi-party linkage and seamless connection work mechanism of "chief dispatcher + transfer group + transfer group + isolation task force", and the key personnel identified by the circulation investigation tracking, big data push, and co-investigation push, the circulation investigation task force provides a classified control list for the first time, and the uncertain information found is handed over to the deputy commander organization for comprehensive judgment.
Specifically, for those who need to be isolated at home, the headquarters office will directly notify the street (community) where the isolation object is located, and the street (community) work special class is responsible for doing a good job of home isolation control and regular door-to-door nucleic acid sampling of the isolated object. For those that need centralized isolation, immediately issue instructions to the transfer special class, clarify key information such as "where to go, who to pick up, and where to send" in the form of a dispatch ticket, and synchronize instructions to prepare for the corresponding isolation point, and the community is ready to organize cooperation.
After receiving the instruction sheet, the transfer special class transfers the isolated objects to the centralized isolation point point.2 Each transfer special class is composed of a squad leader and several drivers, and is on standby for 24 hours to ensure that the newly identified close contacts and sub-close contacts complete centralized isolation and control within 6 hours. As of October 31, a total of 6,308 people were actually isolated in 86 isolation points in the city, including close connection, sub-close connection, red code, yellow code and medical observers.

Strict and meticulous, standardized control
Zhangye City has established a centralized isolation point standardized management method, led by a deputy mayor, and each isolation point adopts the "three special" measures (county-level cadres form a special class, material supply, and nucleic acid sampling special personnel) to do a good job in management and service guarantee. Each isolation point has 1 point chief, 3 or more public security officers, 3-5 medical personnel, 2-3 community workers and more than 5 service personnel, and implements closed-loop management.
