Xiangsheng Kao 135: Zhang Jiali of the Xiangsheng family "Jiaojiamen"

Zhang Jiali, the commentator Chengma Shouyan, later learned cross-talk with Zhang Shouchen. Zhang Jiali is also a cross-talk and book critic.
In 1956, he joined the Tianjin Heping District Cross-Talk Team, and the cross-talk actors of the troupe mainly included Yin Shoushan, Gao Yingpei, Fan Zhenyu, Chang Baolin, Lian Xiaokun, Ban Degui, Yu Baolin, Feng Baohua, Zhao Xinmin, Yu Youfu, Yin Xiaoxiao, Huang Tieliang, etc.
In 1961, Zhang Jiali visited Zhang Shouchen and also had a teacher at Xiangshengmen. Like Tong Dafang, there are cross-talk masters and storyteller masters. The difference is that Tong Dafang's cross-talk master is Guo Qiru, the storytelling master is Zhang Shouchen, while Zhang Jiali's storytelling master is Ma Shouyan, and the cross-talk master is Zhang Shouchen. In the cross-talk genealogy, Zhang Jiali is also recorded in the name of Zhang Shouchen. There is a saying that Ma Shouyan was named Ma Shouyan in the Commentary Gate, and was pulled by Zhang Shouchen to enter the Jiao Dehai Gate, and the stage name Ma Shouyan was taken by the Xiangsheng Gate. Because Ma Shouyan and Zhang Shouchen had a good relationship, Zhang Jiali worshiped under Zhang Shouchen at the Xiangsheng Gate. But for Ma Shouyan's cross-talk master, there is also a saying that Li Dexiang, and the cross-talk family tree is also recorded in this way.
Li Jintian loved the art of cross-talk in his childhood, and was introduced by Zhang Jiali to Bai Kang Liben as a teacher. Kang Liben is Zhang Jiali's brother, so he can be introduced. Since then, Li Jintian has had the stage name of "Xiao Liben".
Zhang Jiali and Zhao Xinmin are partners, and their representative works are "Tooth Extraction" and "Learning to Comment on Drama".
In 1949, Wang Minglu studied cross-talk performance under Zhang Jiali.
There is another person who is close to Ma Shouyan and close to Zhang Shouchen, that is, Hui Wanhua, known as Mr. Hui Wanhua, who has the reputation of the Empress of Xiangsheng (this Empress of Xiangsheng is real, not like Yu Qian). Hui Wanhua is Ma Shouyan's apprentice and Zhang Shouchen's righteous daughter.
