The Golden Crane Award of the 34th Tokyo International Film Festival China Film Week was announced yesterday, and the relevant creators of many "Shanghai-produced" films such as "1921", "On the Cliff", "Ayutthaya Building", "Burning Wild Boy's Sky" and so on won awards. Among them, the opening film "1921" of the 24th Shanghai International Film Festival won the Japan-China Film Exchange Contribution Award, and Huang Xuan, one of the leading actors, won the Best Actor Award.
"1921" was filmed under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, directed by Huang Jianxin and Zheng Dasheng, and starring Huang Xuan, Ni Ni and Wang Renjun. The film cuts from the perspective of the "cross-section" of the times, focusing on the story that occurred around 1921, and recreates the magnificent and groundbreaking historical moment of a hundred years ago in a panoramic way - enthusiastic young people from all over the world with an average age of only 28 years old, breaking through the tracking and obstruction of international and domestic dark forces, overcoming many difficulties, gathering in Shanghai to convene the first national congress of the Communist Party of China and announcing the founding of the Communist Party of China.
In the film "1921", Huang Xuan plays Li Da, a major representative of the Communist Party of China, who is a major role in the whole film and an important role throughout the film. Huang Xuan is the "Overseas Promotion Ambassador of Chinese TV Dramas" at this year's Shanghai TV Festival, and also the finalist of the Best Actor award of the Magnolia Award of this year's TV Festival. In addition to participating in "1921", he also left a deep impression on audiences at home and abroad with his simple and enthusiastic performance in the TV series "Mountains and Seas", and also performed well in another "Shanghai-produced" film "Wuhai".

Some of these films reproduce important historical moments a hundred years ago, and some tell the beautiful life of today, which not only outlines the magnificent historical process of China in the past hundred years, but also shows the strength and charm of Chinese films.
Including films such as "1921", "Ayutthaya Tower", "On the Cliff", and "The Sky of the Burning Wild Boy", a total of nine outstanding Chinese films appeared at the Chinese Film Week of the Tokyo International Film Festival, all of which were premiered in Japan. Among them, Zhang Yimou's "On the Cliff" won the Golden Crane Award for Best Film, and He Cheng and Liu Kexin's "New Big Head Son and Little Head Daddy 4: Perfect Dad" won the Best Animation.
