If my family kills pigs, they have to get up early, because they have to do things. After filling, tie the other end with straw, and use a needle or citrus to prick a few stitches in the large intestine and put it in the pot to cook.
Killing pigs is a hard job, and it usually takes more than three people to solve it. When killing a pig, one person holds the pig's head, one person holds the pig killing knife, and one person drags the tail and holds the pig's body. After the pig is killed, there are many things to do, shaving the pig's hair, opening the stomach, turning the large intestine, dividing the dish, etc. Some of them are kept for the New Year, and most of them are sold. Because one person can't sell so much, a village can only sell twenty pounds, which needs to be divided into a few cartons of vegetables, go to a few more villages, and everyone helps sell points in order to sell faster. After breakfast, the two of them picked up the dishes and set off. If there was no one, I would follow suit to collect the money.
