Squat 80 *2. One in the morning and one in each group.

Open and close jump 100 *2. One in the morning and one in each group.

Next Phase Objectives (Sunday):

4.5 km/ 6' or less.

90 squats. --This morning and evening I made a set of 80, and there was a noticeable tightness in my thighs, and I continued to keep it.

100 hops. --As a warm-up before each exercise.

Summary for today:

Yesterday's running + climbing the mountain caused my whole leg to be sore and numb after waking up in the morning. After doing the opening and closing jump and squat, I resolutely gave up the morning run and changed to night run. It is important to remember that persistence is not an end, but a long-term goal, and persistence must be for the future.

Halfway through the run, I found my nose jammed and had to breathe with my mouth. Before the next run, you still need to wash the lower nasal cavity with warm water. This needs to be slowly developed into a habit.

I didn't have headphones with me when I ran today, and I didn't have any ear pain and headaches. The two may not be related, but wearing headphones is actually useless, and I will not bring them in the future.

Do things as a person, find the key path, and don't spend time and energy on insignificant things.
