In the early stage, Ruili overcame difficulties and created conditions to convert some classrooms and functional rooms into student and teacher dormitories, giving priority to ensuring the resumption of the third grade of high school, and at the same time doing everything possible to make the students of the second and third grades of high school return to the classroom. However, due to the limited accommodation conditions in most schools and the failure to meet the requirements of closed management, students of other grades are temporarily unable to return to school. For students in all sections who have not yet resumed school, Ruili requires schools to carry out online teaching through WeChat groups, DingTalk, smart classrooms and other platforms. At the same time, the state epidemic prevention and control headquarters is stepping up research, coordinating the state's educational resources, and adopting a variety of ways to ensure students' schooling; the municipal party committee and municipal government are also taking stock of the city's educational resources, integrating all resources that can meet the needs of teaching, taking temporary transitional resettlement, doing everything possible to renovate school buildings, and other measures to fully ensure the closed management of schools.
In the next step, Ruili will, in accordance with the spirit of "maximum resumption of school, strictest standard prevention and control" and the principle of "one school, one case", arrange for the orderly resumption of schools that meet the conditions for closed management from November 5, and for schools that do not have closed management conditions for the time being, after the city's epidemic has passed a stable incubation period, orderly arrange for the resumption of school at the wrong peak and at the wrong time.
