On the afternoon of November 1, the Guizhou Provincial Enterprise Confederation and the Guizhou Entrepreneurs Association released the "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Enterprises", "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Private Enterprises" (referred to as Guizhou "Double Top 100" Enterprises) and "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Enterprise Development Report" and "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Private Enterprises Analysis Report" in Guiyang. At the same time, the list of "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises", "2021 Guizhou Top 50 Service Enterprises" and "2021 Guizhou Growth Star Enterprises" was also released.
Guizhou Moutai Wine Co., Ltd., Guizhou Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Power Grid Company ranked in the top three of the "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Enterprises". Guizhou Tongyuan Group, Guizhou International Commodity Trade Exchange Center Co., Ltd. and Zhongtian Financial Group Co., Ltd. ranked in the top three of the "2021 Guizhou Private Enterprises 100".
According to reports, on the basis of the successful release of guizhou top 100 enterprises for many consecutive years, this year it also refers to the rules and international practices issued by the China Federation of Enterprises on the "Top 500 Enterprises in China" and the "Top 100 Enterprises" of the Federation of Enterprises in various provinces and municipalities across the country, in connection with the actual situation in Guizhou, on the basis of voluntary declaration of enterprises, with the operating income of enterprises in 2020 as the main shortlisting criteria and natural ranking, and after the approval of the expert committee, the "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Enterprises" was launched. This is the sixteenth consecutive time that our province has released the annual top 100 enterprises and the seventh time to release the annual top 100 private enterprises list; at the same time, the third time to release the list of guizhou top 100 manufacturing enterprises and the top 50 service enterprises in Guizhou.
The "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Enterprises Analysis Report" shows that the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou account for a large proportion of the total economic volume of Guizhou Province, and the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou have achieved a total operating income of 909.409 billion yuan, accounting for 51% of the GDP of Guizhou Province in 2020, and the total tax payment amount is 75.517 billion yuan, accounting for 69% of Guizhou's tax revenue in 2020. The report pointed out that the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou show an overall trend of "industrial enterprises are far ahead, manufacturing enterprises still maintain a leading position, service enterprises have a strong momentum of development, and construction enterprises develop well". Among them, there are 45 industrial enterprises in the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou in 2021, which is the same as last year; the big data electronic information industry, modern energy industry and health and pharmaceutical enterprises are also actively rising, and the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou are gradually transforming from manufacturing to service industries, showing that Guizhou's traditional manufacturing enterprises have made great progress in transformation and upgrading.
Guizhou's private economy has entered the fast lane of healthy development, the number of large private enterprises has increased, the enterprises have developed steadily, the strength has been enhanced, and the quality and efficiency have been steadily improved, showing a trend of changing from "big" to "strong". Private large enterprises have become the "locomotive" that promotes the accelerated development of the private economy in the province. According to the "2021 Guizhou Top 100 Private Enterprises Analysis Report", the threshold for entering the top 100 private enterprises in Guizhou has continued to increase, and the threshold for the top 100 private enterprises in Guizhou in 2021 has increased by 105 million yuan compared with 2020. There are 22 enterprises in the list of the top 100 private enterprises in Guizhou with operating income of more than 2 billion yuan, of which 3 have operating income of more than 10 billion yuan, and the top 100 private enterprises have achieved a total operating income of 190.035 billion yuan, an increase of 6.26% over the previous year. It is worth mentioning that 42 private enterprises ranked among the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou.
Chen Shihua, president of the Guizhou Provincial Federation of Enterprises, said that 2020 is an extraordinary year, and the enterprises represented by the top 100 enterprises in Guizhou have overcome difficulties and taken solid steps in revitalizing the real economy, becoming stronger, better and larger enterprises. He hoped that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the majority of enterprises should strengthen the drive for innovation, continue to deepen reform, focus on breaking through key core technologies, and strive to achieve higher quality, higher efficiency, fairer, more sustainable and safer development.
