The pure white appearance of "West Hedge One Rest" and the four-square shape, such as the white Rubik's Cube lost in the countryside, respond to the rotation of the sun and moon and the change of the four seasons in a silent posture, forming a perfect balance with nature between movement and static.
When I first entered the "Western Fence", I was attracted by the large wooden tea table, the armchair woven with rattan, and the eight immortals table covered with cotton and linen. I heard that many of the furniture here are moved from the home by the manager, and some are even the old objects of the father's generation, full of the marks of time, and there are stories of time hidden everywhere.
Many times, beauty is just a natural process. When you come to the "West Hedge", you will find that every place here has been carefully arranged by the manager, from a hand cream on the washstand to a small plant that was just cut in the morning in a vase. Her philosophy is simple, natural, and everything goes by the way.
"West Hedge One Rest" has three floors, the first floor is a public area, the second and third floors are guest room areas, a total of 5 rooms and a tea room. Cotton and linen carpets, rooms in off-white tones, soft and fluffy beds... The decoration of the rooms makes people feel the warmth of home.
The terrace outside the room is wide open, and when you look out, you can see the golden color of autumn. A wicker chair, a pot of flower tea, an afternoon, even here to bask in the warm sun is good enough.
When it comes to the future, Lu Peiqi does not have too much meticulous planning, and only wants to carefully take care of the homestay so that everyone who has come can fall in love with it. She said that in her spare time, she sorted out the flowers and plants in the front yard, made a pot of tea and lazily basked in the sun, and chatted with the guests about the feelings of the four seasons, which is the meaning of life.
