Through the inspection, it was found that the various epidemic prevention and control policies of medical institutions above the first level were well implemented, and individual clinics had patients who did not wear masks for treatment, and did not register epidemiological history when they were treated, and the supervisor issued a notice of correction on the spot to order the clinic to rectify within a time limit, and after the rectification was completed, the rectification report was submitted to the relevant departments before the supervisor could receive the treatment normally.
