With the deepening of urban-rural integration and the construction of new rural areas, the safety of food and drug safety at the grass-roots level has become more and more prominent, and it has become a hot and difficult issue of great concern to the people and all sectors of society, and I have a heavy responsibility as a grass-roots food and drug supervisor. She adjusted her status as soon as possible, and actively participated in various types of training and learning at all levels sponsored by the system while actively participating in her work. Township food and drug supervision has been a weak link over the years, the objects of supervision are scattered, the sense of self-discipline is thin, the awareness of abiding by the law is insufficient, and the market lacks a normative governance. The objects of supervision are not familiar enough, it is not clear whether those banks comply with the regulations, and they do not know how to protect their rights and interests, resulting in a situation of lack of understanding and cooperation in the supervision work. In carrying out grass-roots supervision work, she must put publicity and education work in the first place, while supervising, while educating and publicizing, improve the masses and practitioners' familiarity and awareness of relevant laws and regulations, educate practitioners to support and cooperate with supervision work, improve their consciousness of law-abiding operation, and strengthen the awareness of business operators' responsibilities, so as to fundamentally reduce regulatory risks and ensure the quality of supervision.
There are 29 administrative villages in Xiaohaizi Town, involving food and drugs shops, more than 100 merchants, but rural food processing workshops, mobile vendors, catering stalls, farmhouses, etc. are mostly individual family-style operations, small scale, poor software and hardware facilities, complex business types, relatively scattered distribution, industrial scale, low level of agglomeration. Almost every day, they go from village to village, either chasing mobile trucks or asking which family has a feast with red and white celebrations. Every village commissary, food shop, village clinic (hospital) and school, organ and enterprise employees' restaurants have their busy figures, writing documents, leaving opinions, supervising rectification, unqualified food and drugs off the shelves... Even the owner of the shop joked with her that since she had them, the store didn't even have to hire a tally clerk. Because of these shops, she has to go through them almost every quarter. And she is obscure in this complicated work, and she contributes her strength steadily.
In terms of ideological understanding, she constantly improves her understanding and enhances her consciousness. We should conscientiously study the party's principles and policies, actively apply Marxist stands, viewpoints, and methods in light of the actual conditions of work, understand problems, analyze problems, solve problems, and establish a correct socialist concept of honor and disgrace.
