On October 30, 2021, Zhengzhou Home Decoration Design Chamber of Commerce held the fourth general meeting of the Chamber of Commerce in the guest hall on the second floor of the Yellow River Hotel, which was presided over by Li Jianqiang.

According to the development of zhengzhou home chamber of commerce in the past 16 years, we have deeply understood that following the footsteps of the Communist Party is the foundation of the home chamber of commerce; democratic centralism is the organizational principle of our party, the fundamental organizational system and leadership system of the party, and the most important political discipline and leadership discipline of the party. Therefore, in order to strengthen democratic centralism and enhance industry cohesion within the Chamber of Commerce, the Secretariat of the Chamber of Commerce proposes to add a development committee to the leadership team of the Chamber of Commerce, and add two articles to the Constitution of the Chamber of Commerce:
Article 32 The Chamber of Commerce shall set up a development committee: The members of the Development Committee of the Chamber of Commerce shall be nominated by the Secretariat of the Chamber of Commerce, approved by two-thirds of the members of the Standing Council of the Chamber of Commerce, and shall be appointed by 5 members of the Chamber of Commerce who have reached the age of more than 12 years of membership in the Chamber of Commerce, are highly respected and have strong credibility in the industry, and have made outstanding contributions to the development of the Chamber of Commerce and the home furnishing industry.
Article 33 The rights of the members of the Development Committee of the Chamber of Commerce: The Development Committee of the Zhengzhou Home Decoration Design Chamber of Commerce is the highest authority within the Zhengzhou Home Decoration Design Chamber of Commerce, which will be responsible for the orderly, harmonious and sustainable and healthy development of the Chamber of Commerce, and has a veto power in the major administrative affairs decisions of the Chamber of Commerce.
The general meeting successfully changed the term and elected the new members of the Standing Council and the Board of Supervisors.
