Following the 15th Zhang Zhongjing Pharmaceutical Culture Festival and the 9th Zhongjing Forum, Zhongjing's hometown of Nanyang welcomes the good news: "Zhang Zhongjing" special stamps are included in the 2022 stamp issuance plan and will be issued on July 15, 2022.
On October 29th, Nanyang Postal Branch invited experts and scholars to hold a seminar on the issuance of "Zhang Zhongjing" stamps, aiming to fully explore the profound connotation of Zhongjing culture and show the three-dimensional and comprehensive Zhongjing culture through stamps.
At the seminar, China Post Group Co., Ltd. introduced the issuance of special stamps of "Zhang Zhongjing", and the experts and scholars attending the meeting expressed their views on the content and design of stamp performance, and gave many constructive opinions and suggestions.
"Zhang Zhongjing" special stamp set of two pieces, small sheet 1 piece, the face value of 1.2 yuan, 1.2 yuan, 6 yuan respectively. The State Post Bureau plans to issue the "Zhang Zhongjing" special stamp in 2022, which is the debut of the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing on the "National Business Card", a set of two plus a small sheet of expression, but also the first time in the issuance of a set of stamps to fully reflect the Nanyang element.
The issuance of the "Zhang Zhongjing" stamp will play a positive role in further promoting Nanyang and enhancing the city's reputation and influence, and will help build a Highland of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanyang.
