The long history of Jiaodong culture is written by the people who live on this land.
According to the excavated cultural relics, there was human activity in Jiaodong about 7,000 years ago. The most direct evidence is in Baishi Village, Zhifu District, known as Baishi Culture.
The ruins of Shiraishi Village were discovered in 1962. According to the division of historians, the White Stone culture belongs to the Neolithic culture.
In 1979, the ruins of Baishi Village were designated as municipal key cultural relics protection units by the Yantai Municipal People's Government. In 1992, it was announced by the Shandong Provincial People's Government as a key cultural relics protection unit in Shandong Province. In 2006, it was announced by the State Council as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.

Mr. An Jiazheng's "History of Jiaodong History" recorded that the excavated production tools were mainly stone axes, stone shovels, and stone shovels that combined crafting and grinding. Hunting tools mainly include projectiles, arrows, and stone balls. At the same time, in the stone tools, a large number of grinding discs and grinding rods were also found, indicating that the ancestors here could already process grain into granules and even rice flour. Daily necessities are mainly ceramics, the color is mostly red and brown, the ceramic is mostly sand, all handmade, the shape is simple, most of them are straight mouth round bottom. Ding for cooking, bowls for eating, and pots for fetching water abound. Bone organs include cones, needles, and hammers. One of them is a bone needle, the eye of the needle is very small, the thin thread used in modern sewing machines can only pass through, has been very close to the later steel needle. At that time, there was no machinery, and how this bone needle was made was really a mystery. Therefore, we must not underestimate the wisdom of the ancestors of Jiaodong.
The excavated cultural relics prove that the ancestors of Jiaodong 7,000 years ago not only had hunting, but also agriculture, and the fishing industry characterized by fishing was also very developed. It can be said that this is one of the birthplaces of Chinese agricultural civilization.
The bow and arrow was undoubtedly the most important invention of the ancestors here, and it increased the harvest of hunting several times, and since then it has had surplus value. It led to the emergence of private property, to the emergence of classes, and to the disintegration of primitive communist society.
Inevitably, a social division of labor emerges, accompanied by inequality, that is, difference. The hunters were favored, and the best of them became the chieftain's successor. Although everyone is related by blood, there are differences in IQ.
Heaven is unfair, and no one can do anything about it.
