At that time, Xinhua Guozhi Research Institute will invite senior experts from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National School of Administration), the Development Research Center of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Market Regulation, the National Energy Conservation Center and other ministries and commissions to interpret the "double carbon" policy for entrepreneurs in South China and other regions of the country, and help enterprises transform and upgrade.
