The premixed feed contains a variety of vitamins, amino acids and trace elements; mineral feed is mainly bone meal, stone powder and shell powder, supplemented with mineral elements such as calcium, phosphorus, sodium and chlorine; protein feed, as the name suggests, is supplemented with protein. The energy feed is our common corn, wheat bran, etc., which accounts for the main part of the feed.
After knowing the 4 components of the full-price feed, we usually remove the energy feed, and the remaining part is the main component of the concentrated feed. Of course, when introducing concentrated feed, we must say the opposite, that is: the part of the full-price feed that does not contain energy feed, including protein, vitamins, trace elements, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, etc., under the guidance of the nutritional needs of chickens, after reasonable collocation, mixed into concentrates.
At this point, we can simplify the feed that is finally fed to the chickens into two parts: energy and concentrate. The existence of concentrate is a good choice for chicken farmers who do not want to use full-price materials and want to save costs with corn, bran and other energy materials. Obviously, the concentrate already contains a variety of nutrients, so chicken farmers only need to match the energy material, no need to use with other feed additives, otherwise it will increase the cost and may also cause excessive nutrition to cause chicken poisoning.
When chicken farmers use concentrates, the focus is on mixing and mixing the feed well. The so-called reasonable collocation is to match the energy material according to the proportion required on the instructions; considering that the proportion of concentrate in the entire feed belongs to a relatively small part, it must be evenly mixed with the energy material, otherwise it is easy to cause some chickens to exceed the nutrition standard or even poisoning, and some chickens are nutritionally insufficient.
Chicken farmers can mix the ingredients step by step, that is, first take part of the energy feed and mix the concentrate, and then add the energy feed, and then mix the method, so that the correct feed ratio and uniformity can be guaranteed. For layer chicken breeding, the concentrate in the general chick diet accounts for about 35%; the concentrate of the bred chicken diet generally accounts for about 25%.
