Linshu County increased capital investment, laid a solid foundation for the development of socialized service organizations such as Jinfeng Commune, and arranged funds of 6 million yuan for three consecutive years to re-subsidize service entities on the basis of policy subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery. Strive for higher-level support funds of 23.73 million yuan, and implement 376,000 mu of agricultural production trusteeship projects. Introduce measures to support the socialization of agricultural production services, and support the linshu Jinfeng commune to attach 350 yuan / mu of commercial insurance in the form of the county government and Jinfeng Commune each bearing a premium of 5 yuan / mu. At present, the alliance members have grown to 320, hired 116 experts of various types, and established more than 20 technology promotion service demonstration bases. Through the three-level creation of the county", the town-level "thousand-mu demonstration film", and the village-level "100-mu demonstration party", 8 high-quality and efficient agricultural production bases have been formed.

Provide land trust services to achieve the upgrade from "no one planting land" to "increasing production and increasing income". Jinfeng Commune innovates and promotes the whole chain of agricultural production services, and after the land is entrusted, farmers can rest assured that they can be "hand-throwing treasurers", which solves the problem of "who will cultivate the land". At the same time, providing more professional agricultural technology and supporting agricultural mechanization services not only effectively reduces the cost of agricultural operations, but also improves crop yield and grower income. Taking wheat planting as an example, the service fee per mu is 380 yuan, which can reduce the input cost by more than 10% compared with the farmers' own planting, increase grain production by more than 10%, and increase the income by more than 20%.

Broaden the scope of custodial services and realize the upgrading from "agricultural production" to "agricultural industry development". Jinfeng Commune actively expands the scope of socialized services for agricultural production, extending from "farming management and harvesting" to pre-production agricultural material procurement and post-production agricultural product sales, while carrying services such as agricultural finance and big data, accelerating the integration process of "production, supply and marketing". Jinfeng Commune launched a one-stop agricultural product packaging service for agricultural planting, and joined hands with financial institutions such as Ant Financial, Everbright Bank, Huaxia Bank and other financial institutions to provide small farmers with the capital loans needed in planting and production to ensure the income of small farmers. Strengthen the establishment of strategic cooperative relations with large enterprises at home and abroad, and enhance the sales capacity of agricultural products from the two aspects of brand agricultural product creation and agricultural product production and marketing docking. At present, Jinfeng Commune has reached cooperation agreements with 300 upstream and downstream enterprises, helping farmers solve the problem of grain sales of more than 300 million kilograms throughout the year, and the cumulative planting area of various crops has reached more than 2 million mu. Agricultural product projects have covered 22 cities and counties in 9 provinces across the country, and the products cover more than 8,000 stores, helping farmers increase their income by 5%-10%, while greatly increasing the area of cultivated land and ensuring national food security.
