　　The Huashang Daily reporter learned from the Office of the Leading Group for Housing Security Work in Xi'an that from November 1, Xi'an City will suspend the review of the qualifications for the purchase of co-ownership housing, and those that have been accepted before October 31, 2021 (including October 31, 2021) will be reviewed according to the original standards and procedures.

　　According to the staff of the Office of the Leading Group for Housing Security work in Xi'an, since the trial implementation of the co-ownership housing policy, Xi'an has steadily promoted a series of work such as qualification review, price filing, property rights division, land supply, etc., but due to the economic situation and the impact of the new crown epidemic, the land market has seen the phenomenon of co-ownership housing plots being auctioned, which has caused pressure on the actual supply in the later stage. In order to cope with the current situation, combined with the overall requirements of the national and provincial "14th Five-Year Plan" housing development plans, with the consent of the Xi'an Municipal Government, it was decided to suspend the review of the qualifications for the purchase of co-ownership housing

　　It is clear that from the date of issuance of this notice, the review of the qualification for the purchase of co-ownership housing will be suspended, and those that have been accepted before October 31, 2021 (including October 31, 2021) shall be reviewed in accordance with the original standards and original procedures.

　　The eligibility of the families who have been included in the waiting pool of co-ownership housing is still valid, and after the pre-sale (sales) conditions of the co-ownership housing project are met, the waiting house families will have priority in purchasing.

　　If a waiting pool family acquires its own housing by purchasing other housing or by other means such as inheritance, the individual shall declare to the Xi'an Municipal Affordable Housing Management Center and cancel the qualification for purchasing a co-ownership housing in accordance with the procedures.
