Dear passengers,

In accordance with the requirements of the "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group Headquarters on Further Strengthening the Health Management of Personnel Returning to Guizhou from Risk Areas", the following reminders are hereby made to the majority of passengers:

(1) Strict management of personnel returning to Guizhou from risk areas. From 8:00 a.m. on November 1, 2021, those who return to Guizhou from provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with local COVID-19 case reports need to hold a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours to enter Guizhou.

(2) Provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) with local COVID-19 case reports

As of 31 October 2021, a total of 15 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have reported local COVID-19 cases: Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Beijing, Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Hebei, Shandong, Qinghai, Heilongjiang and Jiangxi.

Provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) with local COVID-19 case reports are updated and dynamically adjusted in accordance with the information notified by the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council.

Note: The cut-off time for personnel management is 14 days after the last local COVID-19 case in the province (autonomous region, city) is reported.

Nucleic acid test report requirements

(1) The effective start time of the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours shall be subject to the time displayed in the nucleic acid report; for the nucleic acid report displayed in both the sampling time and the detection time, the sampling time shall prevail; for the nucleic acid test report that does not show the specific time, the effective time shall be calculated at 0 o'clock on the date of the report display.

(2) The effective deadline for the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate shall be subject to the time when the flight is scheduled to land in Nanning.

(3) For children, verify the negative nucleic acid test certificate of the accompanying personnel within 48 hours.
