In response to this matter, on the evening of the same day, the Linqing Municipal Public Security Bureau issued an official notice saying that the woman was administratively detained for 10 days for obstructing the performance of her duties.
The notice said: At about 8:10 a.m. on November 27, 2018, the duty officers of the Linqing Traffic Police Brigade found that a black off-road vehicle illegally occupied the non-motorized lane when they were on duty at the intersection of Xinhua Road and Hongxing Road. When the duty personnel persuaded them to leave, the driver of the car, Qin Moumou, refused to obey the command, stopped after a few meters of the on-duty personnel, and got out of the car to insult, push, and slap the duty personnel, and then was controlled by the duty personnel and handed over to the Xinhua Road Police Station of the Linqing Municipal Public Security Bureau for handling.
After investigation, Qin Moumou, female, 27 years old, from Linqing City. At present, Qin Moumou has been administratively detained by the Linqing Municipal Public Security Bureau for 10 days for obstructing the performance of his duties.
