In 1996, Hui Tai Long was established, and the positioning at that time was to do supporting engineering hardware, from a family and home improvement hardware products to a hotel and an engineering project product, we do system-wide solutions. It is no exaggeration to say that the low technical content has caused the inherent deficiency of the cartridge lock and the ball lock, which has become the short board of the development of the lock industry.
However, the advent of electronic fingerprint locks has made a certain improvement in the hardware lock industry. With the development of intelligent security technology and the wide application of chips, electronic fingerprint locks have developed rapidly. Hui Tai Long is aiming at this market.
Starting from traditional hardware accessories, at present, Hui tai long's main products include smart door locks, whole house boutique hardware and intelligent products, etc., and more than 3,000 varieties of research products, mainly used in fine decoration real estate and hotel real estate.
In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent technology in China, the smart door lock industry is gaining more and more favor, and more young people choose to buy a smart lock for their new home. In particular, the automatic smart lock, as an emerging product of the smart home era, it breaks through the many disadvantages of traditional door locks and semi-smart door locks, and is more functional and convenient to experience, which is deeply loved by consumers in the market. Hui Tai Long is investing in the construction of a 70,000 square meter smart lock production line this year, and will make every effort to move forward in the direction of smart locks in the future.
As early as the introduction of policies to promote the intelligent transformation of enterprise automation in Foshan City and Nanhai District, Hui Tai Long strengthened the automation transformation of its own hardware and software. This year and next year, Hui Tai Long has invested more than 100 million yuan in total R&D and technological transformation, and we must accelerate the construction of digitalization and automation and move towards Industry 4.0.
