Lin Xuan was born in 1991, his ancestral home is Fuzhou, and he grew up in Xi'an. Zeng Linxuan, originally from Fuzhou, Fujian Province, is the deputy secretary-general of the Character Painting Institute of the Shaanxi Academy of Chinese Painting; a member of the Shaanxi Artists Association; graduated from the visual arts major of Otago Polytechnic University, the oldest art school in New Zealand, with a master's degree in fine arts from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology; her works won the second prize of the Silk Road International Art Festival sponsored by the Ministry of Culture in 2016; and her works were selected for the Autumn Art Salon Exhibition in Paris, France four times from 2016 to 2019.
