On October 31, local time, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson spoke at the end of the G20 summit in Rome and said that the commitments made by countries in the Paris climate agreement sound hollow six years later.
Johnson said the countries that bear the most responsibility for emissions in history and today have not done their job. This must change if the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference is to be prevented from failing.
