June 28, 2021 丨Modern Animal Husbandry (01117.HK) announced that with effect from 1 July 2021, Gao Lina will resign as an Executive Director and will no longer serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman and Authorised Representative and Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee; WOLHARDT Julian Juul will resign as an Independent Non-executive Director and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
