On the evening of November 24, in the familiar melody of "Drinking Song", the concert version of the opera "La Traviata" brought by the China Symphony Orchestra was unveiled at the Concert Hall of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. The performance was conducted by Li Xincao, principal conductor of the China Symphony Orchestra, and played by soprano Mo Hong and tenor Zhang Long as Violeta Valerie and Alfred Armand respectively.

La Traviata is the last in the "Popular Trilogy" by Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi (the remaining two are "Rigoletto" and "Troubadour" and is one of the highest-grossing classics in the history of world opera. The story is based on the famous novel "La Traviata" by the French novelist Alexandre Dumas, which has a total of 3 acts. In 1956, "La Traviata" as the first Western opera staged after the founding of New China met with the Chinese people, the moving story and beautiful melody of the play were remembered by the audience for a long time, and "La Traviata" was also called "the most familiar and intimate Western opera in the Chinese" by Chinese audiences.
