I. Brief Introduction of Martyr Jiang Hongqi
Jiang Hongqi, male, Han ethnicity, was born on June 21, 1920 in Taikangying Village, Liyuan Town, Fugou County, Henan Province. At the age of 12, he founded a primary school for the poor, two old houses as classrooms, a wooden door as a blackboard, students built bricks as desks and stools, branches and branches to write on the ground to ghostwrite, with a sincere love and perseverance to teach poor children in the village to read and understand.
Jiang Hong's family was very poor, relying on his mother to beg for a living, but with the financial support of his uncle, he was able to study in Fugou County. During his time at school, Jiang Hongqi was influenced by the school's progressive teachers, began to read publications such as "New Youth", joined the Communist Youth League, and in 1937 participated in the training class for anti-Japanese cadres in Fugou County. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1938, and in August of the same year was recommended by General Peng Xuefeng to study at the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University, and after graduation the following year, he was assigned to the "Dawn Newspaper", which was known as one of the "three treasures" of Peng Xuefeng's army, serving as a reporter, editor, proofreader, and engraver. Under the care, care and cultivation of the party organization and General Peng, Jiang Hongqi became an outstanding backbone of newspaper running.

In addition to its daily newspapers, Dawn Newspaper also publishes such publications as "Dawn Daily Telegraph", "Dawn Supplement", "Dawn Collection", "Dawn Series", "Dawn Special", "Dawn Pictorial", "Dawn Culture", "Dawn Woodcut" and so on.
General Peng Xuefeng regarded news and public opinion work as an irreplaceable special weapon, saying that "a pen is better than 2,000 Mauser guns, and the Dawn newspaper is an iron army of the party, and its power has surpassed thousands of troops and horses." In 1939, Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, Chen Yi and others wrote inscriptions for the Dawn Newspaper. In 1940, at the "Universal Newspaper Exposition" held by the "Dawn Newspaper" in Paris, France, Jiang Hongqi's engraving art was famous all over the world.
Jiang Hongqi worked at dawn newspaper for 6 years, cheered for the CAUSE of the Chinese Communists' War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, made indispensable contributions, and made special contributions to the victory of the Chinese nation's War of Resistance Against Japan.
From 1946 to 1948, Jiang Hongqi was sent by the Yuwan Soviet Military Region to Fu (Gou) Tai (Kang) West (Hua) Chengguan District, serving as secretary of the district party committee and political commissar, and concurrently serving as the instructor of the CPC Huangpan District Special Work Committee and the secretary of the Baitan District and the lütan district party committee, respectively, leading the people of Futaixi to carry out a resolute struggle against the remnants of the Kuomintang forces and bandits at that time.
From June to December 1947, the war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party formed a "tug-of-war" state in the Huangpan Area. Jiang Hongqi led the officers and men to struggle against the Kuomintang reactionaries in a difficult and dangerous environment, joined forces with the independent brigade in the Yuwan Soviet Region to participate in the battle, and eliminated the enemy's main force.

On June 5, 1948, Jiang Hongqi and more than 50 people from the Chengguan District Government and the District Armed Squadron of Fugou County camped in Xiaohezhuang, south of the city, after suppressing bandits in Fugou County. Guo Xinpo, the leader of the bandits in Taikang County, led more than 300 bandits to Fugou County to rob and sneak up on me at dawn, Jiang Hongqi, in order to cover the transfer of comrades-in-arms, was not afraid of danger, chose "for victory, fire at me", fired a gun to attract the enemy's fire to his side, bare-chested, while fighting and walking, after a fierce battle, finally died heroically because of the bullets, only 28 years old.

Jiang Hongqi experienced the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, and "hated the dawn and bathed in blood in the Central Plains." In order to defend Fu, Tai, and Xi and eliminate the Kuomintang reactionaries, he fought in the heart of the enemy for 3 spring and autumn seasons, and finally sacrificed his life. He spilled his last drop of blood on the battlefield of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation, and reddened his hometown, which he loved incomparably.
Jiang Hongqi was an outstanding revolutionary fighter, Communist Party member, and media person who had stood the test of war for a long time, and dedicated everything he had to the party, to the people, and to the cause of the liberation of the Chinese revolution until the last moment of his life. His great personality and outstanding deeds will surely pass on for hundreds of years! Immortal!

2. The establishment of the memorial hall and the content of the exhibition
In the spring of 1962, the Fugou County CPC Committee and the Fugou County People's Government built a tomb and erected a monument for the martyr Jiang Hongqi at the "Fugou County Martyrs Cemetery"; in 1997, the Propaganda Department of the Fugou County CPC Committee erected a monument in front of the tomb of Jiang Hongqi martyr in Taikangying Village; in 2014, the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall was completed, covering an area of 13 acres, consisting of 7 parts: "Cemetery", "Exhibition Hall", "Hundred Generals Paying Tribute to Jiang Hongqi Stele Forest", "Hundred Generals And Officers of the Society Wrote Poems and Inscriptions for Jiang Hongqi Martyrs", "National Defense Education Park", "Hongqi Road" and "Cherry Garden".
The exhibition hall of Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall is about 300 square meters, and hundreds of books, pictures, relics and other relics of Jiang Hongqi Martyrs' life deeds are displayed in the museum.
The giant multicolored stone stele built around the square of the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall is engraved with eight large gold leaf characters inscribed by Admiral Peng Xiaofeng on August 9, 2015 for the martyr Jiang Hongqi.
In the center of the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall is a white jade statue of Jiang Hongqi martyrs.
The construction of the whole museum cost more than 5 million yuan.

III. The naming of the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs' Memorial Hall by relevant departments
Around 2018, the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall was successively named "National Young Pioneers Key Topic" (one of the 40 national projects named by the Chinese Young Workers' Committee), and the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall was selected as the Comprehensive Practice Activity Course for Primary and Secondary Schools in Henan Province, Inheriting Red Culture, striving to be a Red Successor", "Zhoukou City CPC Party History Education Base", "Fugou County Patriotism Education Demonstration Base", "Militia Revolutionary Traditional Education Base", "Fugou County Youth Education Base", "Primary and Secondary School Students Research and Travel Base", "Red Education Research Base". The Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall has entered the stage of exquisite and delicate "work strokes" from the "big idea" of the overall layout. Up to now, the number of people who have visited the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs Memorial Hall has reached tens of thousands of people, and more than 100 groups have been successfully received. General Chen Danhuai, son of Marshal Chen Yi; General Tian Rende, Sun Linping, Sun Nanjing, Yang Tingxin, and Li Xin of the relevant units of the former General Political Department, the General Logistics Department, and the General Armament Department; relevant responsible persons of the Henan Provincial Military Region and the Henan Provincial Association for the Promotion of the Construction of Old Districts; Li Qimin, secretary general of the China Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation;" and other leaders came to visit and give guidance.
Wu Jixue, a famous military writer, poet and former director of the Culture Department of the People's Liberation Army Newspaper, and Jiang Xinsheng, director of the All Media Department of the People's Liberation Army Newspaper, were selected as one of the "Red Heroes Series" (one of the 20 books) and published on august 5, 2019 in the "China Military Network" of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Media Center.
Since its opening, through the public collection of "red cultural relics" and other public welfare activities, the memorial hall has added several kerosene lamps, lettering pens, steel plates, wax paper, and printing presses used by Jiang Hongqi in running newspapers; a page of "Dawn Newspaper" carved by Jiang Hongqi, more than 50 Chinese and foreign masterpieces (publications before and after the Republic of China) that Jiang Hongqi studied, and guns, sabers, telescopes, cameras, horse pedals, saddles, and military blankets that Jiang Hongqi used in those years. The "hand-scrolled" type giant Han white jade carvings are carved with the famous calligrapher Li Xushu Yangzicai's poem "Five Peaks Weeping and Sacrifice the Heroic Soul" for the martyr Jiang Hongqi, and on the base of the five-colored stele "Blood Bathing in the Central Plains at Dawn" are inlaid with han white jade "War Story Portrait" relief, "Hundred Generals Respect Jiang Hongqi Monument Forest", "Tribute to 10 Hanging Portraits of Heroic Models" stand on both sides of the square, and Vice Admiral Wang Dengping's inscription "Remember History, Remember The Martyrs, Cherish Peace, and Create the Future" two huge red light boxes hung on both sides of the gate of the memorial hall, the exhibition hall. The Shadow Wall", which rotated and hung the inscriptions of the 5 admirals written by famous calligraphers and painters, compiled "The Story of Jiang Hongqi", the staff wore the costumes of the New Fourth Army, and the "Activity to Commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Martyr Jiang Hongqi" became an important milestone in promoting the construction of the memorial hall towards "Gongbi Painting".

The collection of the Jiang Hongqi Martyrs' Memorial Hall from scratch, from existence to complete, as rich as the stars, is difficult to describe, so that visitors and learners not only see the cultural evidence of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, but also watch a miniature history of the Chinese People's War of Resistance.
