In order to measure the production of the test field in a real and effective manner, the experts repeatedly measured with a measuring ruler on the spot, weighed the bags of sweet potatoes dug up, and recorded them one by one. After on-site measurements, Yuping's sweet potatoes not only reached production, but also far exceeded the target yield.
Ye Guobin, a researcher at the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said: "Our Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau formed a team of experts to carry out a full field real test and harvest of the sweet potato high yield competition implemented in Yuping, with an acceptance area of 1.3 mu, and after the whole field real test, the yield of 5199.03 kg per mu was obtained, exceeding the competition target of 3500 kg per mu. ”
