The peanut oil production line project is mainly composed of pretreatment section, oil pressing section, refining section and filling section. Pretreatment section equipment includes: screening machine, dehulling machine, crusher, frying pan, or leaching equipment. All of these need to be used before pressing the peanut kernels. The main equipment used in the oil pressing section is the spiral oil press or hydraulic oil press, generally select the spiral oil press because the year-on-year production capacity is larger, the pressed peanut oil is more colorful and fragrant.

The refining part is mainly used for further processing of pressed or leached peanut oil (crude oil). Moldy peanuts contain aflatoxin, so peanut wool oil must be refined by refining equipment to meet the national edible oil standards before it can be eaten in the market
Refining process: peanut wool oil (leaching peanut hair oil) → dephosphorization and deacidification→ washing → drying → decolorization→ defrosting → edible peanut oil
