He'er cake is a snack in Zhuangli Town, Fuping County, Shaanxi Province. It is made from locally produced high-quality persimmons.
Finely made, soft flesh, red and transparent, persimmon cream white thick, mellow taste, sweet as honey, nutritious, enduring, sweet taste, soaked in boiling water is easily soluble without residue.
It is named because it packs two persimmon cakes together and the stalks together.
