He believes that for the KMT to return to power, it must start with humility. A sound and effective party should coexist with three generations, the old, the middle and the young. After Wu Dunyi came to power, he was criticized by the outside world as "old man politics", and he did not want the old thinking to continue into the new era.
Talking about Taiwan's future, Fang Xiangming said that having food to eat and economic development is the king, when you lose everything for "Taiwan independence," Taiwan's economy has been blocked, the people of Taiwan cannot even eat a mouthful of food, or young people in Taiwan must go to Australia, New Zealand, or work in Southeast Asia as Taiwan laborers, at this time young people will still believe these political languages of the DPP?

How do you view the DPP and the KMT's cultivation and cultivation of young talents? What is the difference between the blue and green parties?
Fang Xiangming said that compared with the DPP's cultivation of young people, the KMT should find a way to provide a stage for young people who identify with the KMT to have some opportunities for training. He said that the DPP dares to poach people! He has seen the DPP go to the KMT Youth Army to dig up people, and also provide a platform for training and generous salaries, ensuring that as long as there is an opportunity in the future, the DPP is willing to send young people to the battlefield to fight and train. But many of the middle and strong generations in the Kuomintang simply can't wait for the opportunity, let alone the young people. He believes that Ma Ying-jeou came to power in the eight years from 2008 to 2016, and the young and strong generation cultivated by him is a pity.
Speaking of the election campaign, Fang Xiangming said that the election must have an organization, a team, and funds, and all three are indispensable, but the DPP has done a good job in these three points and is very good at finding resources. After many Blues left the political circle after the election, the past organizational team also dispersed with the defeat, and after dispersing, it was accepted by the DPP. Over time, the grassroots organizations of the Blue Army will be dispersed, and the longer the Green Camp is in power in Kaohsiung, the more the organizational power of the Blue Army will shrink.
Fang Xiangming believes that a sound and combative party should coexist with three generations of old, middle-aged and young people, and senior party members and comrades can give play to the role of hens and chickens, let the young and strong generation sprint, and play the effect of one plus one is greater than two, rather than letting young people in the party compete with the elderly for resources and compete for positions. There is only more than a year left before the 2018 "general election", and if the KMT has not yet appeared in the layout of counties and cities, there are no indicators to confront the DPP, in fact, the election situation is still very difficult.
Regarding the KMT's return to power, Fang Xiangming said that if the KMT really wants to return to power, it needs to establish a set of fair, open, and transparent mechanisms. At the grassroots level, he listened to the voices of many people and hoped that the two sides of the strait could coexist peacefully, and he believed that the signing of the peace agreement was very good, and this starting point was correct.
Fang Xiangming believes that the peace agreement proposed by Chairman Hong Xiuzhu in the past needs to be continued, and everyone in both the KMT and the common people expects that cross-strait relations can be peaceful. There are many young people in Taiwan who now want to go to the mainland to see and look for opportunities, and he has met many young people who have just graduated from society or universities and asked him if he can take them to the mainland for exchanges and visits.
Fang Xiangming observed that the mainland has done a good job in cultivating young people, whether it is incubators, youth innovation bases, etc. to provide young people with great entrepreneurial motivation and preferential policies. He believes that the relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party is no longer the relationship of the old era, in which "the Kuomintang and the Communist Party are not separated", and both the Kuomintang and the Communist Party agree with the 1992 Consensus and the one-China principle.
