5. Date and venue of the competition

6. Competition items and categories
(1) Competition items
1. Open Group: Mixed Team Relay: Each team match consists of four doubles matches, and each round adopts a per-ball scoring system (the order of appearance in each round of matches is subject to the list of appearances submitted by the team leader);
2. Organ group: men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles;
Group A: 18-40 years old (born before January 1, 2003 to after December 31, 1981);
Group B: 41 years old - 60 years old (born before January 1, 1980 to born after December 31, 1961).

1. Method 1: Open WeChat on your mobile phone and pay attention to the "Chengdu Badminton Association" public account. Click on the sub-menu "Event Service", click "Event Registration", select the project group and successfully upload the ID photo in the personal center.

(2) Registration deadline
On October 27, 2021, applications will no longer be accepted after the deadline. After the registration deadline, the list of participants will be publicized for a period of 5 days through the WeChat public account of the Chengdu Badminton Association, and if there is any objection to the qualifications of the athletes during the publicity period, it will be reported to the Competition Committee (the organizer adopts the principle of who reports who presents evidence, and those who do not provide supporting materials will not be accepted). After the publicity period, the issue of athlete qualification will no longer be accepted;
(3) Team competition can be reported to 1 team leader (contact person) and up to 5 athletes; (team leader can play as an athlete);
(4) Participating athletes should scan the QR code below to enter the competition group.
VIII. Eligibility
(1) Eligibility for the open group: All departments of Wuhou District, various industry systems within the administrative region of Wuhou District, enterprises and institutions, colleges and universities, troops stationed in Rong, institutions stationed in Rong, and streets (townships), and communities (villages) can all form groups or teams to participate in this competition;
(2) Qualifications for the participation of organ groups: Wuhou District district-level departments, street (community) staff, and teachers of primary and secondary schools participate in this competition with social security certificates;
(3) Age of participating athletes: female 18 to 55 years old (born before January 1, 2003 to december 31, 1966); male 18 to 60 (born before January 1, 2003 to december 31, 1961);
(4) Must hold a health certificate from a medical institution at or above the county level, be suitable for participating in sports competitions, and present a valid personal accident insurance certificate when registering;
(5) The materials required for the competition must be submitted to the Organizing Committee before the start of the competition (before 12:00 noon on November 1), including five items of physical health certificate, insurance certificate, voluntary participation responsibility and risk notice, epidemic prevention and control commitment letter, and new crown pneumonia epidemiological questionnaire (the above information can be downloaded from the official website of Chengdu Badminton Association - Download Center);
(6) The electronic version of the materials required for the competition should be sorted and packaged and sent to the designated QQ mailbox: [email protected], and the paper version of the materials should be sorted and packaged and handed over to the Chengdu Badminton Association (Office 101, Comprehensive Training Building, No. 150 Caotang East Road, Qingyang District), or mailed to the Chengdu Badminton Association (contact: Zhang Jing, contact information: 18090010959);
(5) Active athletes, on-the-job coaches, and full-time coaches of amateur sports schools at all levels of provincial and municipal sports teams and professional clubs shall not participate in the competitions of the projects they are engaged in.
9. Competition Methods
(1) This competition adopts the latest "Badminton Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Badminton Association;
(2) This competition will be divided into groups on the Internet, and the results of the lottery will be announced online;
(3) Organ groups may form teams across units and allow both items;
(4) The first stage of each group of the organ group will adopt a group round-robin tournament, and the second stage will adopt a knockout format (the specific group method will be adjusted according to the registration situation of each group);
(5) Scoring method of mixed team relay race: 4 players are selected from each game against each side. At least 1 female athlete aged 40 and over and 1 male athlete aged 40 and over are included in the 4 athletes on the field. The participants of each match are required to appear in the order of 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the filled list of appearances, and the first to reach 80 points wins. When either side reaches the 20th, 40th, or 60th minutes, the two sides will be substituted for the next inning (the first game is matched by the No. 1 and No. 2 players, and the score is calculated from 0:0, and either side leads to the 20th minute to make a substitution. Player No. 2 stays on the field and Player No. 3 continues to play in the second game, from the first game score continues to be scored, either side leads to 40 points to make a substitution, in the third game, Player No. 3 stays on the field and Player No. 4 continues to play, either side leads to 60 minutes to make a substitution, in the fourth game, Player 4 stays on the field and Player No. 1 continues to play, either side reaches 80 points first to win;
(6) Mixed team relay race points calculation method: according to the winning round of 2 points, the negative round of 1 point, abstaining to get 0 points to calculate the total points of each team and rank out of the group;
(7) The players on the field must wear the team uniform according to the regulations, otherwise they cannot play, and they will be treated as abstentions and the other party will be awarded points. For the same competition, the team uniform (top and shorts or culottes) must be of similar style and color;
(8) Abstention: Any person who is unable to continue the game due to injury or other reasons during a match shall be deemed to have abstained from the game. If an athlete is 5 minutes late, the athlete is sentenced to abstain from the match;
(9) Boycott: Athletes who cannot carry out or interrupt the competition for any reason, or refuse to appear before the competition, refuse to accept the prize after the competition, etc., more than 5 minutes (calculated after persuasion and education work) are on strike, and the athlete's qualification and competition results are cancelled;
(10) Match Ball: Victor's Match Class No. 1 Ball;
(11) Each team must uniformly dress, and the doubles players participating in individual teams must have uniform clothing (mixed doubles whiskers have the same color and similar styles);
(12) Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, registration will be stopped when the total number of applicants reaches 400;
(13) Each participating team shall be responsible for its own transportation expenses, travel expenses, food and accommodation expenses, clothing expenses, etc.
10. Admission Ranking and Awards
(1) Admit the top eight, award certificates and prizes, and award gold, silver and bronze medals to the top three. If the number of participating teams is insufficient, the reward shall be based on the actual number of participating teams;

(2) The pictures of the prizes are for reference only, and the specific colors and styles shall be subject to the actual objects;
(3) The top three teams in the open group will represent Wuhou District in the finals of the badminton project of the 8th Chengdu National Fitness Games.
11. Technical Officers
(1) The chief referee, chief choreographer, arbitration, etc. of the competition shall be appointed by the organizer;
(2) The referees and linemen of the competition shall be dispatched by the undertaking unit.
12. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
(1) Anyone entering the venue must wear a mask, show a health code, and measure body temperature;
(2) Any athlete who refuses to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work will be disqualified from the competition;
(3) This competition refuses to allow personnel from high-risk areas in the new crown pneumonia to participate;
(4) All personnel entering the venue should report symptoms such as cough, fatigue, and respiratory tract if their body temperature ≥ 37.3 ° C, and unconditionally accept the emergency measures taken by the prevention and control staff and conduct isolation and observation. Persons with a body temperature ≥ 37.3 ° C are prohibited from participating in the competition of the day;
(5) The epidemic prevention and control of this competition shall be carried out in accordance with the level of epidemic prevention and control in Sichuan Province and the specific requirements of prevention and control work.
13. The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Organizing Committee of this competition. Outstanding matters will be announced separately.
