This series of blows caused his mentality to begin to be unbalanced, believing that he could not be reused by the imperial court because of someone. In order to attract the attention of others, he began to make some violations of the law, but under the protection of the family, he did not get the punishment he deserved, so his courage was getting bigger and bigger, and his behavior was getting more and more out of line.

After returning home, Xie Lingyun used his family connections to tangle a group of people to play all day, move up the tricks of opening mountains and lakes, and often harass the people. The Taishou of other prefectures and counties saw that Xie Lingyun had come to play, and did not dare to provoke him, only the "birthplace of the Lanting Order" - Huijian Taishou Meng yan was a soft and hard bone, he was already very disgusted with Xie Lingyun's behavior, seeing that Xie Lingyun's behavior was getting more and more out of line, he wrote to Emperor Wen of Song to accuse Xie Lingyun of "plotting rebellion".
Hearing that he had been accused of rebellion, Xie Lingyun was taken aback and sent someone to fly into The Capital to defend Emperor Wen. But this time, the emperor had not yet issued dates, and Xie Lingyun did not know which tendon was wrong, thinking of fighting back. He not only detained the people who came to arrest him, but also wrote poems to ridicule: "Han's deceased son Fang Fen, Qin Emperor Lu Lian's shame, Ben Zi Jianghai people, loyal and righteous gentleman." In the poem, Xie Lingyun compares himself to the persecuted Zhang Liang and Emperor Wen to the brutal Qin Shi Huang—this is not just "death", it is simply "self-inflicted sins, not to live!" ”。

Without the status of a civil servant, and at the same time free from the protection of the family, Xie Lingyun should always be honest at this time! However, the most ironic thing is that Xie Lingyun also seems to be unable to move, but his "fans" are so enthusiastic that they are unreasonable.
A group of unemployed vagrants heard about Xie Lingyun's behavior, almost regarded him as a "spiritual leader", admired him so much that they did not say anything, but also played Xie Lingyun's "commercial value", they simply believed that as long as they rescued Xie Lingyun, they could make a windfall. But contrary to their wishes, before this group of hair thieves found Xie Lingyun, they were first arrested by the imperial court, and this group of rabble-rousers made a clean move and threw the pot to Xie Lingyun, who had no idea about it.
