We find ourselves in a very strange dilemma when it comes to enthusiasm: we criticize others for lack of enthusiasm, but we tend to be less enthusiastic than others; we tend to expect others to show enthusiasm but are rarely willing to show their enthusiasm positively; we lament that there are so few enthusiastic people now, but often we are adding the next generation without enthusiasm in the education of our children. But when you ask a person what enthusiasm is, there is a good chance that the person asking can't answer the question himself.
Enthusiasm is a very strong subjective force, and it is often a clear level of excitement that people show about the object that conforms to their subjective preferences or expectations. Of course, in the performance of people's enthusiasm, some people are relatively broad, some people are narrow, some people are based on clear desire to obtain, others are altruistic considerations, and some people are purely a habit of behavior, some people's enthusiasm is very short- and others are much longer.2

Shallow enthusiasm is more related to superficial hobbies, and people's superficial hobbies are often related to the superficial pleasing characteristics of people and things, accidental positive experiences, and the value promotion that elders have intentionally or unintentionally instilled and strengthened earlier, such as appearance, good-looking packaging, delicious feelings, characteristics that match their favorite game characters, good people and good things said by the teacher, and assertions that "I think that is good anyway". Shallow enthusiasm does not require a brain, nor does it have to be repeated multiple experiences and observations. Human beings have the ability to choose only on the surface characteristics of the things in front of him, and maintaining shallow enthusiasm can at least make a person have a certain degree of autonomous and natural selection ability, otherwise the person's simple independent survival ability and ability to be recognized by the group will be significantly reduced. At the same time, even if I have a little knowledge, ability, and job service opportunities, it must be transformed into the possibility of allowing others to increase superficial hobbies and shallow enthusiasm.
Deep enthusiasm is based on shallow enthusiasm, adding selective and repeated practice practice, so as to obtain a certain aspect of unique behavioral skills, and because of the use of the corresponding skills to get things done, the group and society in the form of spiritual affirmation, financial awards or position promotion as the form of affirmation, so as to form a significant sense of self-identity and social identity consistent with the sense of achievement experience. People's enthusiasm for matters within the skill range and supported by a sense of accomplishment is characterized by professional enthusiasm. Different from shallow enthusiasm, professional enthusiasm has a certain time cost, energy cost, financial investment and other resource bets, so that such enthusiasm will not be easily abandoned, but also often have a clear contribution commitment or transaction negotiation ability.
Sustainable enthusiasm is a high-level deep passion, and its biggest feature is the ability to plan, mobilize resources and arrange disposal in the face of problems that have never been encountered or even encountered. Sustainability enthusiasm is often based on extensive experience in dealing with problems multiple times, anticipating the likelihood of things changing and developing, preparing for the conditions and resources needed to achieve results, and having considerable commitment and ability to set results. Sustainable enthusiasm often shows a strong sense of self-confidence and certainty, which makes people with this kind of enthusiasm more likely to give team members the desire, security and trust to follow, and the appeal presented by sustainable enthusiasm is a core component of the leader's charisma.
The heat represented by enthusiasm is often not so strongly related to the surface pleasing factors with the increase of the level, and the deep enthusiasm makes people have the ability to express "indiscreens", the ability to stand higher than the height, the broader mind than the bust, the more prominent responsibility than the family origin, the more charming demeanor than the appearance, and the more reliable leadership than the brothers. Enthusiasm truly makes the people around them feel the power of the most precious soul to exist, move, remember, integrate and change. Enthusiasm is directly proportional to a person's human taste.
A mirror: Am I a passionate person? Were my parents enthusiastic people? Is my child a passionate person? Is the leader of my unit a passionate leader? Am I a passionate professional? Is my team a passionate one?
Set up a flag: I want to be a passionate person, I want to find an incision to cultivate my enthusiasm now, I first show the minimum enthusiasm for the people around me, I want to let my partners in study or work feel my enthusiasm, I want my clients to feel my enthusiasm, I want to lead my friends and teams with enthusiasm, I want to become a person who infects and inspires others because of enthusiasm.
