The Changzhou Tianning Public Security Bureau, with the strong support of the relevant police departments of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, quickly arrested the downline in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas, arrested a total of 8 criminal suspects, and seized more than 20 parrots involved in the case.

Investigators also rushed to Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, to arrest and bring to justice the chief criminal, the "Hong Kong Yankees." After arriving at the case, the "Hong Kong Yankees" confessed that he illegally purchased parrots from the farm, sent them from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport through pet consignment, and airlifted them to Nanjing, Tianjin, Huludao and other places, where they were handed over to several downlines to be responsible for sales and profit from them. The police carried out arrest work against the source channels, transportation channels, distribution and offline links of the "HongYao", investigated and dealt with two parrot farms and a pet shipping company specializing in transportation in Xinhui, Guangdong and Tai'an, Shandong, and arrested all the off-line of the "Hong kong yankees" in Hebei, Liaoning and other places.
