The Clippers announced that Sergi Ibaka, who underwent back surgery, will miss all the remaining playoffs of the season.
Ibaka missed 30 consecutive games due to a back injury. He returned in the final two games of the regular season and played in the first round and the first two games of the Lone Rangers, but then missed seven playoff games due to injury again.
Ibaka Updates wrote: "I am eager to come on the pitch and help my brothers win the championship. It's been a very tough season and I've trained hard to be able to catch up with the playoffs. But sometimes injuries become a roadblock, and health must be a top priority. I thank everyone for their love and support. Now I will support my team, get back fit and get ready for next season. ”
Ibaka has averaged 11.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 23.3 minutes this season.
