Monroe Shen: I was particularly excited when I received the invitation to Portuguese sports, and it is an honor to join Portuguese sports, where many well-known stars have been made, and they are all role models for me to learn from. Talk about your childhood experiences

Shen Monroe: When I was a child, because I was like a little boy, I would participate in running and various sports in school, and my physical condition was not bad, and my enlightenment coach took me to the road of football. When I was a child, I was still quite hard, tanned and had short hair. Every time my parents see my 40-degree temperature in the summer and still train outside, it hurts. What I remember vividly is that I was really tired every time I ran a lot, the kind that cried, and after running, I always hugged my teammates and cried and said that it was finally over.

Talk about your parents agreeing to keep playing football

Shen Monroe: When I was operating in the hospital, my mother has been with the bed, from morning to night is really hard, she saw me very painful, has been letting me give up, do not let me play football, but I still love to play football, I have been explaining to them, in the end still did not twist me, or let me play football.

Shen Monroe: First of all, because I have always liked the European football atmosphere, with the development of modern football, the center of professional football is also very clear in Europe. I always wished I could come out and have a place on a higher stage. Europe has advanced football concepts and scientific training system, in such a good environment, I hope that through their own unremitting efforts, to break through themselves, improve themselves. And my family also unconditionally supported me to go abroad, and my team strongly supported me behind me. In recent years, there have also been a large number of Japanese and Korean players who have continuously landed in the European arena and obtained the main position, and the level has also improved significantly, and I also hope that we Chinese players can also prove ourselves on the European stage.

Shen Monroe: My adaptability is still relatively strong, coupled with the enthusiastic help of the club and teammates, and the support of my agent, so whether it is life or training, I quickly adapted. I think there is not much difference between the nature of training and life at home and abroad, but in foreign countries, it may be more necessary to be self-disciplined and professional, and from life to training, you need to take the initiative. Every day I cook my own meals, go to the club to train with the team, arrange additional exercises, take Portuguese classes and other aspects. Although it is not as collectivistic as in china, everything must be arranged uniformly, but in Portugal I have been trained and feel very fulfilling and meaningful.

Shen Monroe: My plan is to take every step well, do a good job of daily training first, try to improve and improve every day, and be able to send players to the team at the beginning of the new season.
