In order to help the integrated protection and improvement of West Lake Xixi, further promote the theme practice activity of "the people call me for" in party history study and education, and better solve problems for enterprises and do practical things for the masses, on the morning of July 9, the launching ceremony of The Xixi Service Point of the Administrative Service Center of Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area was held in Xixi Wetland.
At the launching ceremony, the District Administrative Service Center introduced the operation mode of Xixi Service Point. The center will give full play to the role of the service window for convenience and benefit of enterprises and the coordination center of cross-departmental business collaboration, integrate the resources of the center platform, and create a full-featured, full-element, full-coverage government service mobile window and "undifferentiated" mode of administrative approval, public service, policy interpretation, etc. in Xixi service points through weekly "resident services", regular "mobile services", normalized "coordination feedback", etc., and change "people looking for services" to "service finding people". It is effectively convenient for enterprises and the masses in the jurisdiction, and improve the happiness and satisfaction of office services.
Sun Xiong, director of the District Wetland Bureau, was invited to attend the launching ceremony and pointed out that the establishment of the Xixi Service Point of the Administrative Service Center is another measure to benefit the people of the Xixi Management Committee to enhance the happiness of citizens and tourists, the embodiment of adhering to the ideal, practicing the original intention and living up to the people, and an important starting point for improving the integrated protection and upgrading of the West Lake Xixi. In the future, the West Lake Xixi Scenic Area will further optimize the service content, heart to heart, hand in hand, jointly protect the West Lake World Cultural Landscape Heritage, and build a wetland water city.
After the launching ceremony, the heads of the participating enterprises participated in the first policy publicity meeting of Xixi, the "Mobile Administrative Service Center", and experienced the mobile office service on the spot.
