Ingredients: 1 plate of ribs, 1 bottle of beer

1, ribs do not directly blanch water, first soak in water for a few minutes, and then pour blood water, add 1 spoonful of salt, 1 spoon of white vinegar to grasp evenly, table salt can remove impurities and blood clots on the surface of the ribs, white vinegar can remove the fishy smell of ribs, and then rinse with running water.
2: Sliced ginger, sliced garlic, beaten green onion into green onion knots, 3 pieces of cinnamon, 3 fragrant leaves, 2 star anise, 5 rock sugar, put on a plate and set aside.
3, ribs under the cold water pot, put in a few pieces of ginger, 1 spoon of cooking wine, ribs blanched water pay attention not to open the underwater pot, if the ribs open underwater pot, will lead to the meat of the ribs encountered high temperature immediately after the contraction, ribs inside the blood, fishy smell can not be emitted, so that the boiled ribs are old and woody, after the water is boiled, use a spoon to skim off the foam.
4, the ribs blanched with good water with a colander fished out, with warm water to clean again, with warm water cleaning is to keep the rib meat can remain loose, impurities are easier to clean out, drain the water after cleaning and reserve.
5: Drain the ribs into the rice cooker, add ginger slices, garlic slices, shallot knots, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, star anise, rock sugar, add 1 spoonful of soybean paste, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, then add the appropriate amount of salt, pour in 1 bottle of beer. Close the lid and select the cook button function.
