It is understood that among the positions opened by Alibaba in 2022, non-technical positions account for more than half of all positions, an increase of 10% over last year. Fan Rong introduced that this year's non-technical positions have become more, and many students have submitted resumes across disciplines and fields, hoping to try more possibilities.
Affected by the epidemic, most enterprises have adopted a combination of "online" and "offline" forms to carry out campus recruitment this year, and Alibaba has also adjusted the form of communication according to actual needs, including increasing online job fairs and providing remote internship opportunities on campus. In addition, Alibaba has set up a special intern training department, launching "Interns, Let's Talk" and "Rushing Duck! Intern" and other courses and training programs.
