The Terminator series kicked off in 1984, while the second film was critically acclaimed, with subsequent ticket prices almost as good. The latest work, Terminator 5, as a reboot of the series Universe, aims to open up a new trilogy. However, due to its word-of-mouth and sluggish performance at the box office, the media franchise of the future series is already in jeopardy, and recently, the series has suffered a new huge loss. Emilia Clark, who plays Sarah Kona, may not return to the sequel.

Asked this question, Emilia Clarke said it might not appear the way the original character was.

While Emilia Clark won't appear in more Terminator movies, she still has enough projects to keep her busy in the near future. For example, HBO's hit series A Song of Ice and Fire.

While grossing more than $440 million worldwide, Terminator: Genesis failed to make enough money last summer, and most importantly, the work was mostly negative.

In January, Paramount replaced Terminator 6 with The Beach Ranger from its May 19, 2017 slot. While Arnold Schwarzenegger said last month that another Terminator movie could still happen, the future of the Terminator series is really worrying with the departure of another big character.
