The President of the Czech Republic will appoint Jacob Kurhanek as the new Minister for Foreign Affairs

On April 15, local time, Czech Presidential Spokesman Ofkhachek announced on his social media that President Zeman will appoint Jakub Kulhánek as the new Czech foreign minister at Prague Castle at 14:00 on the 21st of this month.

Kulhanek, 36, currently holds the post of Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic and is part of the same Social Democratic Party as former Foreign Minister Petzhček, who was dismissed on Monday. (Reporter Xu Ming)
