The torrential rain continued continuously, and in an instant, a flash flood was formed, and the water wrapped in branches and mud and sand roared all the way down, engulfing the road in the blink of an eye.
Deng Yuanming stood by the motorcycle, waiting for the rapids to recede. Suddenly, in the ditch that had just turned a corner, a pink helmet-like object rushed out. He fixed his eyes on it, and two hands were exposed to the water, "dancing" in the air.

Afterwards, it was learned that the woman who fell into the water, surnamed Shen, worked in Wengdun Hua Oil Warehouse. After the hospital examination, Ms. Shen had many abrasions and fractures on her head and body, but fortunately there was no danger to her life, and she was discharged from the hospital after 10 days. On the day of the incident, Ms. Shen rode up the hill to the parking lot of the Meilie Sanitation Service Center after work. The flash flood struck suddenly, less than 1.6 meters, only 45 kilograms of Ms. Shen could not stop the sharp and fierce flow of water, even people with cars fell to the ground, and was suddenly swept into the right ditch by the flash flood. In less than 2 minutes, it was washed out by the rapids about 200 meters away, and the place where it was rescued was only six or seven meters away from the drainage port leading to the Shaxi River. Fortunately, he was rescued by Deng Jie, a passing policeman, and Deng Yuanming and Zhan Xingliang, an enthusiastic crowd.
On September 16, Ms. Shen's family sent a pennant to deng jie, a police officer, to thank him for saving his life, and also expressed his gratitude to all the well-wishers who reached out to help through the police.

At about 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2021 (Saturday), Zheng Xiaoning, a member of the propaganda committee of the Xinkou Town Party Committee, walked at the intersection of the Linji Hotel in Xinkou Town after the unit had finished working overtime, and found a group of minors looking east and west, seemingly looking for a target, and several people carried woven bags, revealing a long blade. Zheng Xiaoning, who had experience in the police, intuitively felt that something bad was going to happen, so he immediately reported the situation to the Xinkou police station, and continued to follow the group of minors, when tailing to the Xiangyun Bridge, one of them took out a knife to cut down the green tree, as if to test whether the knife in his hand was sharp, this scene frightened several young children playing on the side. The rest of the people, who were shocked by the momentum, hesitated for a while, then gave up the idea of fleeing and stood there without daring to move. After that, the police and auxiliary police of Xinkou Police Station arrived and took these minor men to the Xinkou Police Station. After an inventory of 7 minors, 4 controlled knives and 2 iron rods were confiscated.
After investigation by the Xinkou police station, these 7 underage men took a bus from Sanming Chengguan to Xinkou Street in Xinkou Town, preparing to meet and fight with several local minor men in Xinkou that night, fortunately, zheng Xiaoning found out and reported to the police station in time, stopping the occurrence of a illegal and criminal act of gathering a crowd to fight.
Because the 7 people involved were all minors, the Xinkou police station brought back the oral education in the station, and then notified their parents to take them home.

At about 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2020, Zhang Donglan was chatting with her mother Li Guilian, who was holding her granddaughter, at the door of her mother's home at the intersection of Yanqian Town, Yanqian Town, when she suddenly found a three-wheeled motorcycle on the opposite road (the intersection of National Highway 534 Yanqian Town, turning left at No. 24 Of Yanqian Road), falling in the middle of the highway, pressing a person, it was Chen Keming, a neighbor with a disability in his lower limbs. At this time, the passing vehicles kept passing here, the road went downhill, Zhang Donglan found that there was "danger", he immediately rushed over, the neighbor Chen Keming's feet were pressed by the three-wheeled motorcycle and could not move, the expression was painful and struggling, Zhang Donglan tried to lift it with both hands, but because the three-wheeled motorcycle belt hanging bucket was very heavy and unsuccessful, so half squatting to use all his strength to support his hands, the motorcycle was finally moved out of a little gap, Chen Keming immediately moved his feet out, and at this moment Zhang Donglan vaguely heard the body "clicking", but she had to endure severe pain. Help neighbor Chen Keming push the tricycle to the side of the highway, because Zhang Donglan moved quickly to avoid Chen Keming being hit by other vehicles and causing secondary injuries. Afterwards, with the support of her old mother, she moved back to her mother's house.
Zhang Donglan was injured unexpectedly in the rescue, and afterwards went to the hospital for examination, which was diagnosed as a fracture of the lumbar vertebra. It is still in the process of treatment and rehabilitation.

At about 13:50 on November 2, 2020, Zheng Yanyan took the No. 4 bus to work, passing the Bus Stop of the Third Hospital, and a man wearing black glasses followed the students on the bus. Since it was found that this man was suspected of indecently assaulting the girl when taking the bus before, Zheng Yanyan paid special attention to observing the man's behavior. After a while, Zheng Yanyan found the man standing behind a girl in the twelfth elementary and middle school, his lower limbs close to the girl and rubbing, kissing the girl's hair from time to time, showing a very intoxicated look. The girl was shy and afraid, but she did not dare to resist. Zheng Yanyan was very angry, and resolutely stepped forward to protect the girl, tactfully stepped forward and patted the girl's shoulder, pulled her to his side, talked to her, and sternly warned the man. The man saw that the matter was revealed and got off the bus as soon as it reached the No. 1 Middle School stop. At the Twelve Middle School station, Zheng Yanyan accompanied the girl to get off the car and told her that if she encountered such a situation again in the future, she could turn around and move her body, let the bag protect herself, and scare off the illegal attempts by talking to the people in the car.
On November 3, 2020, the parents of the victimized girls went to the Sanyuan Public Security Bureau to report to the police. After listening to Zheng Yanyan's description of the situation at the scene, the public security organs took the road surface surveillance, successfully arrested the man, and dug deep into the many indecent acts that occurred on the bus to prevent him from causing physical and mental harm to more minors.
On April 2, 2021, the Sanyuan Public Security Bureau transferred Huang's suspected child molestation case to the Sanyuan District Procuratorate for review and prosecution, and on July 27, 2021, Huang was sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Sanyuan District Court in accordance with the law, receiving due punishment, which effectively deterred the arrogance of lawbreakers and criminals, and also erected a strong legal barrier to better protect the healthy growth of minors.
