<h5>On the afternoon of September 28, the People's Procuratorate of Minhang District of Shanghai Municipality, together with the General Party Branch of Aibo Er Village in Xinhong Street, launched a publicity activity on the theme of "Anti-Fraud into the Community" at the Aibo ErCun Neighborhood Center. The event released the anti-fraud propaganda film "A Thousand Layers of Telecommunications Fraudsters", in which the famous "old drama bone" Lü Liang unveiled the multiple telecommunications network fraud routines such as brushing single rebates, inducing investment, and emotional fraud for residents, and provided residents with anti-fraud guidelines such as "brushing single high rebates are all scams", "popping up suspicious links are not clicked", "receiving information is officially verified" and so on. </h5>
Subsequently, the procurator taught the anti-fraud knowledge to the community residents, and explained the law to the residents from the perspectives of "how to cheat" and "how to prevent" by analyzing typical cases such as health product fraud, ethnic asset thawing fraud, and investment and financial fraud. For example, for health care product fraud with middle-aged and elderly people as the main target, it is recommended that residents be vigilant against tricks such as "free gifts" and "pro-emotional", do not be blindly confident when encountering health care product sales, and actively communicate with their children, friends or resident committee staff and listen to opinions; for investment and financial fraud, remind residents that "high-interest bait is not moved, boss strength is not worshipped, official background is not superstitious, legal storage is not careless, acquaintances are enthusiastic and not credulous, and illegal storage is not involved." Residents at the scene also actively interacted with the procurators, combined with common anti-fraud techniques to raise corresponding questions, and the procurators answered questions one by one, and the atmosphere at the scene was very active.
Prosecutors also distributed pamphlets to community residents to prevent telecommunications network fraud, reminding residents to guard their "money bags" and "pensions" through more cases around them.
