From entering the studio to meet Teacher Liu Jing, to tears in my eyes, my arms tingling, to lying down with anticipation and starting hypnosis, I seemed to give up my situation in its entirety, and seemed to be open to trust, until I listened back to my hypnosis recordings and found that I had hidden and "protected" myself so well for so many years.
Initially, Teacher Liu Jing guided me to see some still life objects and GIFs, which I could quickly imagine. But when it came time to find a scene to explain the cause of the real problem or solve the current problem, I couldn't see anything, or I really didn't dare to let myself see it.

Later, I saw a lot of scenes. However, I once thought that I was "making up stories" by my consciousness, as if I was dealing with a hypnotist. The hypnotist keeps asking questions, and if I don't answer them, I'm embarrassed, so I make up stories along the lines.
It wasn't until I went home to re-listen to the recording that I realized that for a while I was talking, the upstairs was actually being renovated! The sound of the decoration in the recording was so clear, and when I felt like I was lying there, very soberly "telling the story", it was real, I didn't hear it at all. Shocked, I suddenly realized that I was really hypnotized, and I felt awake, but I just felt it.
Later, there was another incident that forced me to surrender to the arrangement of the subconscious, and I actually found details in real life that corresponded to the hypnosis, confirming that the scenes I saw in the hypnosis were real. And, for so many years, I've been trying to change my parents, adjust their relationship, and have been making a lot of efforts, but nothing has come of it. After the hypnosis was over, I changed, I didn't deliberately do anything more, they actually changed in the direction I was expecting. After years of separation, my mother finally lived with my father with the quilt; after many years at home, my father finally decided to come out to work. My heart, hi to take off.

In hypnosis, the subconscious mind guided me in the direction of the future. If you don't dare to help yourself see the road in front of you, why do you talk about doing something for others and the world?
In the past days, I felt that it was exactly the opposite of the life of the woman on the mountain. I can see the feelings of others, but I often ignore my own true feelings and cannot face my true feelings. Therefore, there is a mask of habituation and falsehood, and the chaos is so serious that I myself have forgotten who I am. As Teacher Liu Jing pointed out at once, multiple names and third-party self-reporting are the best arguments.
