Recently, the theft of high-end bicycles in our city has occurred frequently, and the places of crimes are near schools where bicycles are more densely parked.
After the incident, the leaders of the Zhuozhou Municipal Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it, immediately dispatched elite police forces to conduct an investigation, collected and sorted out a large number of surveillance videos at and around the crime scene, and through analysis and judgment, found that the suspect's anti-reconnaissance awareness was extremely strong, and each crime adopted the method of "one person driving point by point to put down many people, after committing theft separately, using the stolen bicycle to ride several kilometers and then converge" to carry out theft, which greatly increased the suspect's action trajectory and caused great difficulty to the police to solve the case.
In order to determine the true information of the suspect and the suspect vehicle, the police chased the suspect vehicle backwards to the surveillance video along the way, and through the video and trajectory comparison, the suspect vehicle was finally locked as a white van, and the owner of the car was Jia Mou, a resident of Qingyuan County.
After retrieving his identity information, it was found that the person had a previous record of theft many times, and then the police soldiers squatted in multiple ways to continuously explore and squat, successfully arrested him in Qingyuan County, Baoding, and seized three stolen bicycles on the spot.
After interrogation, the police found that Jia mou also had 2 accomplices, namely Cheng Mou, who committed the theft, and Liu Mou, who was responsible for collecting stolen goods. After work, the two were successfully arrested and arrested.
After verification, since March this year, the gang has continuously infiltrated Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, Yixian and Tangxian counties in Baoding, Gu'an, Bazhou, Wen'an in Langfang, Renqiu in Cangzhou, Xinji in Shijiazhuang, and Jinghai in Tianjin to carry out theft. At present, a total of 16 high-end bicycles have been seized, and more than 30 cases have been solved, and further excavation and verification are under way.
The three criminal suspects have been criminally detained by the Zhuozhou Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law, and the case is under further trial.
