When Fan Ruijuan was majoring in English education in college, she heard that Little London was a great English training school, and her sister successfully joined Little London and became a "star" of the whole profession.
Since then, she has secretly decided to be an English teacher, and must be a member of Little London.
So, as soon as she graduated from college in 2008, she came to Little London and applied successfully.

Every Monday and Thursday on campus, training will be held, and on Monday morning, each person will summarize the work of the week and the problems found, and the director will discuss and solve them together. Slowly, she learned how to work methodically to solve problems.
On Monday afternoon, all staff were trained, and professors from the English Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University were hired to give lessons to the teachers to improve the professional level of the teachers, and she learned a lot of professional knowledge in teaching.

In August 2011, Fan Ruijuan left Little London.
In May 2012, she took part in the Special Teacher Recruitment Examination.
Fortunately, she became a member of the special teacher team with the overall result of the first place.

Looking back on the days of Little London, Fan Ruijuan feels particularly fulfilled, and she has discovered a lot of potential in herself.
